Congrats to Kavin Williams, USMMA intern for 08!

Congratulations to Kavin Williams '09, who will be the department's intern at the US Merchant Marine Academy outside New York this summer--room, board, pay, and a chance to work in public affairs and meet people from various ranks of government and politics.
