College, Unmasked!

A piece in today's New York Times about how students and parents are using more online resources to learn more about colleges they are considering. I hadn't visited Collegeconfidential.com before. No anonymous reviews of UPS, as with other schools--don't know if that's bad or good. However, I did find some interesting threads from parents discussing whether their child should come here, the relative costs and benefits of private versus public school, even a comparison of their kids' SATs and GPAs and financial aid offers. Lurk worthy if you've got a minute and are interested in getting a different perspective on getting in and choosing a school. Another interesting piece from Michelle Slatalla who we've blogged about before (and who commented back on our comments).
