 Foreign nationals may apply to study at the Russian National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE) for free, with support from the Russian Federation Ministry of Education. A wide variety of HSE Bachelor’s and Master’s level degree programs are available, across many areas such as Economics, Law, Arts and Humanities, Social Sciences and STEM.
