Latin America Manna Project Program Director Position Opening - Due February 1st, 2014

Dear UPS Students,
My name is Taylor Brown and I am the US Coordinator with Manna Project International (http://mannaproject.org/). I understand that the University of Puget Sound is a participating institution for the Thomas J. Watson Fellowship, an opportunity that offers college graduates a year of independent, purposeful exploration and travel.
Manna Project’s Program Director position may be another option for Puget Sound students looking for professional development and service opportunities in Latin America. MPI’s Program Director position in Guatemala, Ecuador and Nicaragua is ideal for recent graduates interested in international affairs, Spanish, education, health, sociology, anthropology, business or any other social service. We know that the University of Puget Sound encourages its graduating seniors to explore opportunities internationally, and we think that Manna Project International would be a great fit.

Our next deadline for the Program Director position is February 1st, and I would be happy to give more information to any students interested by this opportunity. Below is information that you can forward to students who may find this opportunity exciting. To see why Manna is a great opportunity, check out our videos from current Program Directors (https://vimeo.com/79562624).

Best,
Taylor Brown
US Coordinator

Embark on the adventure of a lifetime with Manna Project International!

Manna Project International (http://www.mannaproject.org) is a non-profit organization that specializes in holistic community development.  We connect recent college graduates and young professionals with international service opportunities in Guatemala, Ecuador and Nicaragua.

Apply to be a 5, 7, or 13 - Month International Program Director (http://www.mannaproject.org/long-term)! The day-to-day operations at each of our sites are run by teams of international Program Directors who design and implement community development initiatives in a range of fields, including health, environment, education, and micro-finance.

Looking for a shorter term commitment abroad? Be a part of our Summer Internship Program (http://www.mannaproject.org/short-term)! Through MPI's 4 to 8 week Summer Internship Program, interns assist the Program Directors in planning and leading programs on the ground in Guatemala, Ecuador and Nicaragua. Interns use their skills and interests to determine the programs with which they work, and many choose to design and lead their own project.
