Jobs for Seniors with Impact

To: <sousa@pugetsound.edu> Subject: Final Deadline: Jobs for Seniors
Hi Professor Sousa,

My name is Sofie and I’m a Campaign Organizer working on the Democracy Campaign with Impact. Impact is a campaign team that works in states where we can win positive change for our environment, our democracy, and our future. We work on behalf of Environment America, PIRG, and Fair Share. We are hiring graduating seniors for Campaign Organizer positions and current students for internships.

I am contacting you today because our application dealing is coming up at the end of this week and I’d like to remind students of this information. Could you forward the below announcement about our campaign organizer and internship positions to your students?

As a current organizer with Impact, I am working with WashPIRG on a campaign to support small donors engaging in the political process. Through Impact, I have gained valuable organizing skills while getting to make a lasting impact on critical issues.

Jobs that make an Impact
2 years of action for our environment, our democracy, our future
Impact runs action campaigns on issues that matter, like global warming, clean water and big money’s influence over our democracy, and we’re hiring!
This isn’t a study program or a travel program; it’s an action program. Our mission is to create the grassroots action, energy and power it takes to make an impact on important issues.
If you’re serious about making an impact on these issues and you’re willing to get out and work in the real world, where issue campaigns like these are won and lost, then we’re the group for you.

To learn more, visit our website at www.weareimpact.org.
Application deadline is March 8th
