Assembly Capitol Fellows Program

The four Capitol Fellows programs are accepting applications and will be doing so until February.
Briefly, these programs known collectively as the Capital Fellows Programs select 18 Assembly Fellows, 18 Senate Fellows, 18 Executive Fellows and 10 Judicial Administration Fellows.
  • Assembly and Senate fellows are placed as legislative staff to elected officials.
  • Executives function as staff in executive offices in various state agencies.
  • Judicial Fellows work in various trial courts. 
Over the year Fellows earn graduate credit through a CSU Sacramento seminar, and receive a stipend and decent benefits. Fellows receive an outstanding opportunity to engage in public service and prepare for future careers, while actively contributing to the development and implementation of public policy in California.
