Council on Foreign Relations Teleconference, Thursday 4/24 @ 9am, Wyatt 326: Gayle Tzemach Lemmon

On behalf of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), I invite you to participate in the final session of the Winter/Spring 2014 CFR Academic Conference Call series on Thursday, April 24, from 9:00 to 10:00 AM in WY 326. Gayle Tzemach Lemmon, CFR's senior fellow for women and foreign policy, will discuss global gender gaps.

Ms. Tzemach Lemmon is the New York Times best-selling author of The Dressmaker of Khair Khana and the deputy director of the Council on Foreign Relations' Women and Foreign Policy program. Prior to joining CFR, she covered public policy and emerging markets for the global investment firm PIMCO, after working for nearly a decade as a journalist with the ABC News Political Unit and "This Week with George Stephanopoulos." Ms. Tzemach Lemmon has reported on entrepreneurs in conflict and post-conflict regions for the Financial Times, New York Times, International Herald Tribune, the Daily Beast, and Christian Science Monitor, along with Ms. Magazine, Bloomberg, Politico and the HuffingtonPost.
