We are pleased to announce that Chris Kendall has accepted our offer and will begin teaching at Puget Sound in January, 2015 as the Phibbs Professor of International Relations. Kendall earned a B.A. from Miami University (OH), a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, where he served as publications editor of the law review, and is now a Ph.D. candidate at Princeton completing a dissertation, "Courting Compliance: Judicial Politics as a Constraint on Domestic Enforcement of International Law."
